This coming Saturday, 16th June 2018, the Belmond British Pullman - better known to usas the VSOE - is to be diesel-hauled in the absense of its "regular' engine 35028 "Clan Line". The reason is that the big Bulleid has gone to the West Country for a spell of holiday work, staying on the West Somerset Railway between duties which would include a run the Torbay and another to Par in Cornwall. Here we see her setting out near Frome at Berkley.
