This weekend the Epping Ongar Railway will team up with the London Transport Museum to bring historic railway and bus routes to life.
An intensive train service will be running which includes steam trains hauled by the iconic Metropolitan No.1 locomotive as well as some of London Transport's historic buses which will connect Epping Forest, Ongar and North Wealds stations with underground platforms in Epping and Shenfield.
The event will also see a number of historic London Transport bus routes being brought to life, sure to excite the attending transport traditionalists.
The event which runs all weekend will also be running family craft activities at North Weald Station as well as souvenir stands.
