Clun's "First Run"

Although we've seen footage of Tyseley's recently-restored flagship locomotive no 7029 :Clun Castle" already, the engine's circular tour from Tyseley out via Birmingham Snow Hill, Stourbridge Junction, Worcester, Stroud, Swindon and Didcot to Oxford and return from Oxford over the Cotswold line on Saturday 6th April 2019 was billed as its "First Tour" which, presumably, meant "proper" tour as the others have been test runs and two short evening trains to and from Worcester. Whatever, this tour was fabulous, with the engine working magnificently and throwing out plenty of exhaust fumes (that is, "magnificent to our eyes!"). We see it accelerating through Droitwich station after slowing for the approach curve and junction on the outward journey. Welcome back "Clun" and hooray for Vintage Trains, the newest TOC.
